- If the device is under warranty, the launch date
- If the warranty period has already expired, then the year of manufacture of the device
- If the device displays an error on the screen, please write down its number.
- If there are obvious defects or breakage of parts, then attach a photo of the defective parts.
- Contacts (full name, work or mobile phone and e-mail) of the device operator, if you need to clarify the details of the occurrence of a service case.
In most cases, requests received in the first half of the working day are processed on the day of receipt.
